San Juan Rum Banana Caramel Sauce
2 cup sugar
1 T. butter
¼ cup SAN JUAN SPICED RUM
¼ cup cream
1-2 sliced ripe bananas
Caramelize the sugar; then add butter; stir constantly. Add the SAN JUAN SPICED RUM and cream along with sliced bananas. Cook, stirring frequently until foamy. Excellent served over vanilla ice cream, pound cake, cheese cake, and crepes.
