Supremo Meatballs
1 lb. ground round
1 ½ lbs. ground pork
1 T. cumin seed
2 T chili powder
½ t. garlic powder
½ t. salt
½ t. pepper
¼ cup PEDRO SANTEZ SUPREMO TEQUILA
Your favorite barbecue sauce
In a bowl, thoroughly combine ground round, pork, cumin seed, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Shape into tiny meatballs. Bake at 350o for 20 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine your favorite barbecue sauce with ¼ cup PEDRO SANTEZ SUPREMO TEQUILA. Cook over low heat until very warm and pour over baked meatballs. Stir until meatballs are completely glazed.

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 t. salt
Mix beef and salt. Shape into 3/4–inch balls. Cook meatballs in sauce (recipe below) at medium heat for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
1 12-oz. bottle chili sauce
1 10-oz. jar grape jelly
2 t. lime juice
3 T. PEDRO SANTEZ SUPREMO TEQUILA
Mix all ingredients in 2-quart saucepan. Cook, stirring frequently, until jelly melts and ingredients are thoroughly combined. Add meatballs and cook as shown above.
